3 varieties poached in olive oil, fresh mozzarella, spicy lemon basil pesto, pickled red onions, sweet carrot vinaigrette, pepitas & sea salt

Homemade Fettuccine
Saffron, basil & black olive noodles, respectively, local tomato concasse, grilled haricot vert, poached local leeks, roasted garlic and opal basil, fromage blanc, greek olive oil & local egg

Double chocolate truffle cake with dark chocolate mousse, raspberry-honey-pomegranate sauce
