FWAH in Bend - Sunday, September 13th - 6:30pm

FWAH is eager to announce it's opening menu for FWAH Bend:

Locavore Dégustation

Sweet Tomato Pie
Savory galette, sweet potato crust, overnight tomatoes, squash, grilled corn and basil, Juniper Grove fromage blanc foam, molasses balsamic reduction

Bouquet Garni Salad
Shredded duck confit, pickled local carrots, poached celery, shaved sweet onions, steamed leeks, celery root remoulade, local greens, herb-mustard vinaigrette

Wild Sockeye Salmon
Local chanterelle & lobster mushrooms, potato risotto, pearl onion mirepoix, organic kale, black Oregon truffles, lemon-chive aoili

Late Summer Corn Panna Cotta
Blueberry-basil pancake, organic blueberry preserve, nectarine syrup

Substitutions politely declined.
Five course prix-fixe menu $50 donation per person recommended (gratuity not included)
We accept cash only.

For reservations, email fwahdinner@gmail.com with name, # in party, and contact information. Please do not consider your reservation confirmed until you receive an email confirmation from FWAH. Once confirmed, your reservation is final, permanent, sealed in wax, as space is limited to fourteen precious seats.
